MUSSELS:
- 2 lbs mussels
- Freshly squeezed juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- Saltverk Birch Smoked Salt
Place cleaned mussels on a hot grill, cover and cook until they open (5-10 minutes).
Use tongs to transfer to a serving platter. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the mussels and sprinkle with a generous pinch of birch smoked salt.
